Glaziers Hall were delighted to welcome on board Alexander & Björk as one of our recommended caterers earlier this year, and we jumped at the chance to taste their new menus at the Bluebird in Chelsea. It was a stylish setting perfect for a Friday afternoon tasting.
Among the delicious canapé selections the seabass ceviche beignets with lime ailoi were a firm favourite, with bowl food choices such as beef fillet, cep chips and yuzu béarnaise also standing out. Dessert options included indulgent tonka bean cookies with dulchede leche and coconut.
The new menus showcased Alexander & Björks use of the finest ingredients to create show-stopping dishes that look as good as they taste.
