We hosted Bubble Foods Immersive Tasting Dinner – As seen on Channel 4’s ‘Worlds most expensive Food’
Bubble Food are renowned for their ability to combine show stopping menus with theatrical production to create unforgettable events and we were delighted to welcome them to Glaziers Hall.
The Experience
From enjoying dessert in twilight lighting accompanied by the sounds of a bustling Italian cafe to sipping soup from a fur covered cup to listening to purring cats and a flickering fire, Bubble Food wowed with a multi sensory experience. A particular highlight were the truffle canapes which guests had to forage for amongst leaves whilst listening to the sounds of snuffling pigs.
Amazing Food
Guests enjoyed a delicious 9 course menu. Highlights included wasp ice cream and mini ‘Bake Off’ mixing bowls with coconut flour, malted chocolate parfait and a shortbread spoon. The dinner was accompanied by Nyetimber with rhubuarb pearls.
