Ishka Aviation Finance Conference at Glaziers Hall

180 Guests

Following the success of the inaugural event, we were delighted to welcome back Ishka for their ‘Investing in Aviation Finance: Europe’ two-day conference.

Flying High

Delivering extraordinary content and networking opportunities, Ishka’s aviation conference connected institutional investors to the aviation finance market in a unique location directly on the River Thames. Held over two days, hundreds of guests engaged in a unique forum for education and collaboration with the wider aviation finance community.

Day one of the conference began with a masterclass which offered a 360 degree view on the complexities of investing in aviation, along with specialist advice from a number of experts in the field. Ishka used Glaziers Hall as its London conference venue and the event was held across the 1st floor. Guests participated in number of sessions in the Court Room and Library with the River Room hosting refreshments and networking.

In preparation for day two, the Banqueting Hall was set with additional production complementing the in-built projectors, screens and staging. The LED lighting was set to gold to reflect the conference theme of ‘Gold Rush’, with branding including projections, uplighters and theming set across the rest of the venue.

Catching Connections

Day two saw the main conference take place with the focus on innovation and education. Exclusive venue hire in London allowed Ishka to stage the conference across three contrasting floors, with each space unified by the ‘Gold Rush’ theme. Built as a wharf in the 18th century, each of Glaziers Hall’s event spaces possess distinctive features, from the original foundations of Sir John Rennie’s London Bridge to panoramic views of the City and Thames.

The Banqueting Hall hosted the main plenary session with networking and refreshments overlooking the City in the River Room. Sessions for separate streams took place in the Court Room and Library, and the Bridge and Thames rooms hosted daylight-filled idea labs. Attendees flowed between the spaces, and received carefully curated content most relevant to their interests.

Guests came together for a final town hall before the conference ended with a drinks reception in the London Bridge Arches. Recently renovated with a wine cellar feature set into London Bridge, the Arches were the perfect space for guests to informally network with key investors. Drinks and canap s flowed before guests departed with useful contacts and relevant knowledge and insight from industry experts.
