Thames Room
The Thames Room is our most intimate space offering a quiet and polished setting that’s perfect for focused meetings and private sessions.
With capacity for up to 12 guests in boardroom style or 30 for a standing reception, it offers a light-filled, professional environment with views across the River Thames to the City of London.
It’s ideal for strategic meetings, away days or small client gatherings, combining intimacy and functionality thanks to its high-speed connectivity and AV facilities.
The Bridge Room
Just next door, the Bridge Room offers more space while retaining the same inspiring panoramic views.
Flexible in design, this space can accommodate up to 30 guests boardroom style or up to 80 in theatre style.
The room works beautifully for away days, private dinners or presentations, with the option of pairing it with the Thames Room to create a natural flow between networking, dining and breakout sessions.
The Library
Surrounded by shelves of historic first editions, leather chesterfield chairs and artefacts, the Library feels both refined and characterful.
Used alongside the Court Room, this space is ideal for breakout sessions or drinks receptions.
The Court Room
Grand and traditional, the oak-panelled Court Room with its beautiful stained-glass windows offers a sense of occasion for every event.
The Court Room beautifully blends the rich heritage of the livery building with modern AV and connectivity, creating an adaptable space suited to both traditional gatherings and contemporary events.
Seating up to 36 guests in boardroom style or 180 for a standing reception, this space is perfect for presentations, dinners and smaller conferences.
When paired with the adjoining Library, it creates a seamless balance of formality and relaxation.
London Bridge Arches
With its exposed stone walls, interconnecting vaults and atmospheric lighting, the London Bridge Arches are steeped in history while offering excellent modern facilities.
The space can host 45 in boardroom style or up 110 for a standing reception, making it ideal for product launches, drinks receptions or dinners.
Its unique character and charm create a memorable backdrop for any occasion, while also providing a blank canvas that can be styled to incorporate a specific theme, colour palette or branding.
The River Room
Framed by floor-to-ceiling glazed arches, the River Room is an uplifting space with stunning views across the Thames to the City of London.
This space accommodates 36 in boardroom style or up to 180 for a standing reception, making it suitable for everything from breakfast meetings and training days to evening receptions, dinners and even weddings.
Its light and spacious feel always leaves a lasting impression.
The Banqueting Suite
The largest of our event spaces, the Banqueting Suite is where scale meets flexibility.
With the capacity for 50 guests in boardroom style and up to 300 for a theatre-style conference or standing reception, it is the ideal space for AGM’s, award ceremonies, gala dinners and large conferences.
Equipped with AV, LED lighting and floor-to-ceiling draping, the room can be transformed to reflect your brand or event theme.
