Step Two: Viewing and Planning
Once we’ve established the proposed outcomes, we’ll invite you for a tour of the venue. Our team will walk you through each of our seven unique spaces, explaining their features, flexibility and how they can be configured to suit your needs.
Here’s some information about each space:
This is our largest and most iconic space. With double-height ceilings and large glass chandeliers, the Banqueting Suite makes an immediate impression.
- Capacity: Up to 300 guests.
- Perfect for: Gala dinners, large receptions, award ceremonies and conferences.
Overlooking the River Thames and London Bridge, the River Room offers panoramic views of the skyline across to the City of London. It’s a modern space with an abundance of natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. A sleek, bright interior that brings a contemporary feel.
- Capacity: Up to 140 guests.
- Perfect for: Drinks receptions, networking events, wine tastings and product launches.
Situated in the original exposed brick cellar of Glaziers Hall, this space has a unique industrial charm. It’s divided into three interlinked sections and offers atmospheric lighting and a unique feel, particularly given we are located in the centre of London.
- Capacity: Up to 110 guests across the three arches.
- Perfect for: Private dinners, wine tastings, book launches and exhibitions.
A room with beautiful period features, wood panelling and elegant décor. It exudes character and has a stately, refined feel.
- Capacity: Up to 70 guests.
- Perfect for: Board meetings, intimate dinners, or ceremonial occasions.
A warm, inviting space lined with historic books, the Library provides a private area that can be used as a breakout space. While it’s not available to book on its own, it can be reserved as part of a combined booking with other rooms.
- Capacity: Up to 70 guests.
- Perfect for: Breakout sessions or for a quiet moment in between keynote speakers.
This contemporary space is ideal for presentations or smaller gatherings that require a flexible space. Projector screens, microphones, staging and a PA system are all available.
- Capacity: Up to 80 guests
- Perfect for: Seminars, training sessions or workshops.
An intimate space with river views and a tranquil atmosphere. It’s often used for business meetings or in conjunction with other rooms. Great as a space for some downtime, briefings, interviews or for private discussions.
- Capacity: Up to 30 guests
- Perfect for: Interviews, small meetings, or as a speaker green room
